Neuman SEIZED LOOT So now we learn that U.S. officials allowed seized Nazi loot, including silver, china, paintings and rugs, to be auctioned, sold or kept by Army generals for their own use "U.S. didn't return Nazi loot found on train, report says" (Star Tribune, Oct. 15).
