Marijuana is not a narcotic, in law or practical life. A light-bulb in the basement is not exactly a laboratory. A single plant weighing 115 grams is not worth $2,500 on the black market. Your figures suggest that marijuana is worth $21.73 a gram. That's an error of fourfold.
