Most people who overdose do so because of unknown purity of the drugs they consume. I do not know what Al Arsenault does not understand about personal responsibility, or why he thinks the government needs to control what people put into their own bodies, but the policies he supports are killing people and making the world a less desirable place for those of us that don't use drugs. If drugs were legal and cheap, again, users would either figure out that they need medical help or they would kill themselves. Either way it solves the problem for the rest of us and the police can go back to serving and protecting instead of arresting and convicting as many as possible.
