CRUEL TO SICK IN NEED OF MEDICAL MARIJUANA I am upset with Gov. Christie's response to Vivian Wilson's medical-marijuana setback, that because she is only 2 years old, she must live everyday with Dravet syndrome epilepsy. Currently, New Jersey law requires patients of this age to remain under the care of three separate doctors, along with required psychological evaluations. That is easier said then done, and for many it is never completed because of the many roadblocks written into the law itself. Vivian's case is yet another roadblock in the war on marijuana. Even if it is state law, I live in central New Jersey and continue to await any sign of any dispensary opening anywhere to serve me. It's been over three years of waiting for me, and a lot of broken promises. I must risk my life every day when trying to use the only remedy to work best for my multiple sclerosis. It's time the state Health Department eased up on us sick and dying residents of New Jersey. Charles Kwiatkowski Hazlet - --- MAP posted-by: Jay Bergstrom
