This is already happening in other states, in spite of good-faith attempts to provide a tightly controlled, heavily regulated environment. The English language is proving to be too ambiguous to draw a clear line between what is legal and what is not. And an ambiguous law often causes more damage than it prevents. The solution is to regulate marijuana like tobacco, only stricter. Prosecute anyone selling to kids or buying for kids. No exceptions.
