Anyone convicted of possession of cannabis for the purpose of trafficking may be subject to one-year imprisonment." I'd like to make a small correction to this. Bill C-15 was amended to five to 200 plants from the original one to 200 plants. It is still regressive crap! Just imagine what it would be like if the neo-conservatives had a majority in parliament. All drugs should be legal and regulated. See the Law Enforcement Against Prohibition website at www.leap.cc Brian Kerr, leap member, Scarborough - --- MAP posted-by: Jay Bergstrom
