PROHIBITION PUSHES MARIJUANA CROP ONTO PARKLAND

I have a simple solution that would eliminate 99% of the pot grown on
federal land and in our national parks: Legalize marijuana.

How much tobacco is grown on federal lands? I bet none or almost
none. Why? Because it's legal. If we were to criminalize tobacco, the
situation could change. Then tobacco would be unregulated, untaxed
and controlled by criminals just as marijuana is today. And perhaps
it would be grown on federal lands.
