Other "partners in crime" who have vested interests in prohibition are gung-ho, grow-buster inspectors and police-department budgets, corporate liquor and pharmaceutical industries as well as potentially privatized-for-profit prisons -- all of whom lobby government legislators to perpetuate essentially racist-in-origin, Hitler-era laws.
