S. (letter to the editor, March 28). I agree with letter writer: "Canada must think different than America: rationally, credibly and reasonably come to mind." However, my question is why can't you think that way when it involves marijuana? Why does your government insist that marijuana remain completely unregulated, untaxed and controlled exclusively by criminals? Only legal products of any kind can be regulated, taxed and controlled by any government agency. The U.
