The only way we (or Mexico) can win the war on drugs is the same way we won the war on the alcohol cartels--by re-legalizing the prohibited products so they can be sold by licensed, regulated and taxed business establishments for pennies per dose. Will this eliminate our drug problem? No. However, it will substantially reduce our crime rate and increase public safety. Kirk Muse Mesa, Arizona
