Cannabis prohibition, persecution and extermination is the root of the problem. God indicated He created all the seed-bearing plants and said they are all good on literally the very first page of the Bible. Re-legalizing cannabis would fix the root of the problem and it would be Biblically correct. The cost of cannabis prohibition is higher than the buzz itself.
