Paul Patton. I will not concentrate on the governor's positives and negatives, but I will again challenge him to focus on people in need of cannabis as medicine. This would be a magnificent way to end Patton's two terms as governor. By supporting the needs of Kentuckians, his character would be viewed as that of an understanding politician. It also would be a great time for gubernatorial candidates Ernie Fletcher and Ben Chandler to express their views on this subject. Will they ignore the situation?
