Also, I lived in Santa Cruz up until a couple of months ago. A supermarket near where I lived would not sell certain legal drugs in bulk because they can be used to manufacture methamphetamine, according to a free pamphlet at the checkstand. So, evidently there's a problem with meth being made right here in the US of A. So much for the "narco-terrorists." I know "drugs = terrorism" might seem to be an effective rallying cry to curb their use, but it may be time for a change of strategy.
