Gray should be congratulated for shining the spotlight on the city's obsessive and myopic insistence that it is the club, the music and the glow stick that create a drug problem. Why not ban highways and motor vehicles because they encourage drunken driving? That makes about as much sense as City Hall's approach to eradicating club drugs or the homeless or rainbow flags, etc., etc., in our City Beautiful.
