That's offensive. Concern about failed public policy does not make a person a "druggie." Name calling and ridicule perpetuates poor policy by stifling debate. The current policy isn't working. This letter you're reading was written by a druggie. I smoke pot and like it a lot. My poor vocabulary and lack of eloquence shows being a druggie has rotted my brain beyond recovery.
