THE EDITOR WRITES "So why bring marijuana into the mainstream?"
(Letters, Sept. 4) It is already in the mainstream, are you really
that uninformed? Instead of arresting, jailing and fining users, treat
them like any other user of "adult substances" (i.e.  alcohol, tobacco).
